Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders $50 and over.
- Flat-rate $4.99 standard shipping on orders under $50.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occasionally occur.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked "Pre-Order" ship as soon as they arrive in stock. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may ship together once all items are available.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
JM Chic Boutique is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at with photos and we'll make it right.
